    What I chose the most were A's and B's.

    1) I will try to think about something else and clear up my mind.
    2) I hardly go out, that's what my friends can basically about me.
    3) Will quickly adapt to the change of plans, because I really don't expect things to come out as planned.
    4) I always pay close attention my friends problems.
    5) Focus on what I need to do in order to get something done and will also not procrastinate.

    1) When I feel stressed out I will try to talk to someone about it.
    2) When and if I get done with my work first I will see if I have time to go out.

    4) Keep helping on what I can and being supportive.

    5. This question deals with if you are organized to do all the things on your schedule. Good way to deal with this is to plan out a way to fit all the work in the time you want.

    1. I will find new ways to relax my mind and keep myself from feeling too overwhelmed.
    2. I plan on starting to reward myself for getting my work done by going out with family or friends.
    3. I need to keep calm and accept situations as the are.
    4. I need to worry about my friends, but not involve myself in their problems too much.
    5. I will stay a lot more focused and use my resources to keep all my work organized.

    1. When I am under stress, I will stay calm and deal with it.
    2. I will try to go out more and be more outgoing.
    3. I will try to not get frustrated when things get canceled, but instead react calmly.
    4. I will try to be more involved with my friends and try to help them out more when they have problems.
    5. When I have a lot of things to get done, I write them done on a sticky note or on my phone and check them off when I get it done.

  9. What do you do when you are under stress? I get upset but keep it to myself. I really don't like talking about my problems. My friends would say that I am ready for fun at anytime. When something changes at the last minute I get frustrated easily. My friends would say that I spend too much time worrying about other peoples needs. When I have a problem to solve, such as too many things due at the end of the week I get a little frazzled. Usually I get a number of things done and then push aside the things that I can't do.

    I have mostly B's
    1)I will try not to get upset and insteas try dealing with it calmly.

    2) I am usually ready for fun but I want to try to do it after I have done some work.

    5)When i have something to do I usually just start on it. I want to make a list before hand so that i can be organized.

    2.instead of playing around or hanging out. I will do my work first & finish any assignment.
    4.i should worry about myself first then worry about others later wen my problems has even solved.

    4.) I wouldnt know how to change because minding my own buisness keeos me out of trouble and keeps me on track. I think im good the way I am.

    4.) Instead of not caring about other peoples problems I can try and help them and listen to them.
    5.) I should start trying to do all the work I can do and with what I cant just do my best and still try to do it instead of putting it aside.

    2. I will start to do my work and things I need to get done and then go have fun.
